Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
I've found that a gut health has a high correlation to moods. A happy gut helps elevate my mood a lot. I haven't had the best relationship with my hair because it always breaks off by the edges. I've been in searchof supplements and hair growth serums that help promote a healthy hair.
