I also like to include before-and-after visuals when relevant, because they help show honest results and make the recommendation feel more authentic.

What does self-care look like for you during this chapter of your life?
Self-care in this chapter of my life looks like being intentional about my physical and mental well-being. That includes staying active, drinking enough water, nourishing my body with healthy foods, and taking care of my skin. It also means regulating my nervous system by creating routines that help me slow down, manage stress, and stay present.
