New Brew's brand involves tapping into nuanced cultural conversations. Can you describe a time when you navigated sensitive or complex topics in your creative work, and how did you ensure your approach was authentic and resonated appropriately?

In my work with the Green Spartans Market initiative, I had the opportunity to address the sensitive topic of sustainability and waste reduction on campus. The challenge was to communicate the urgency of environmental issues without alienating or overwhelming our audience, many of whom were not yet fully aware of the depth of the problem. I made sure to approach the messaging with a balance of education and empowerment, focusing on how small, positive changes could make a big impact. To ensure authenticity, I gathered input from various campus groups, including students, faculty, and sustainability experts, to ensure the messaging was respectful and resonated with different perspectives. The campaign was well-received, as it connected with people on a personal level and inspired them to take action without feeling judged. This approach helped make a sensitive topic feel approachable and aligned with the university’s values.

Tell us about a time you took initiative beyond your typical responsibilities to drive results. What motivated you, and what was the outcome? -- Are you 21 years or older?

Yes, I am over 21 years old. One time, during my time at the University of Tampa, I took the initiative to spearhead a social media marketing campaign for the Green Spartans Market initiative. Although it wasn’t part of my core responsibilities, I saw an opportunity to boost engagement and create awareness around sustainability events on campus. I coordinated with student organizations, local businesses, and influencers to amplify our reach. What motivated me was my passion for sustainability and creating impactful marketing that aligns with values I truly care about. The outcome was a significant increase in event attendance, social media interactions, and overall interest in sustainability initiatives at the university. It was incredibly rewarding to see how a little extra effort could drive meaningful change and participation.

How would you approach developing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for a unique product like New Brew's non-alcoholic beverages?

To craft a standout digital marketing campaign for New Brew, I’d focus on highlighting the drink’s unique blend of benefits with a fun, health-conscious twist. We’d target social media-savvy, sober-curious consumers by creating vibrant, shareable content on Instagram and TikTok, featuring influencers, festivals, and user-generated moments. Through storytelling, we’d showcase how New Brew elevates social experiences—whether it's at a festival or a chill hangout—without the alcohol. By partnering with podcasts and event organizers, we’d create buzz around the brand, positioning it as the go-to for feeling great and staying social. With smart, targeted ads and engaging content, we’d make New Brew the drink everyone wants to "feel."
