What is your typical turnaround time for delivering content after receiving a brief?

My typical turnaround time for delivering content after receiving a brief is 1–3 days, depending on the scope of the project. I like to get started as soon as I receive clear direction, and I make sure to prioritize both quality and timeliness. If it’s a simple video or concept, I can usually deliver within a day, but for more detailed edits or multi-step projects, I’ll use the full 2–3 days to make sure everything is polished and on, brand.

Which current trends on TikTok or Instagram do you think would resonate with a skincare brand like Marlowe, and how would you keep a weekly content series fresh and non-repetitive across four videos?

For a skincare brand like Marlowe, I think trends that feel clean, casual, and relatable work really well. On TikTok and Instagram, things like “GRWM” (Get Ready With Me) routines or “Day in My Life” content are still super popular and easy to tailor to skincare. I’d keep it simple, maybe a “2-minute morning routine” using Marlowe products with trending audio that matches the brand’s laid, back vibe. I also like using trending audio formats where people share tips or mini transformations, like “What I’d tell my younger self about skincare,” which could work really well for a brand that promotes healthy habits. Another idea is to use ASMR-style clips, like the sound of applying a moisturizer or washing your face, which grabs attention without needing a voiceover. To keep a weekly content series fresh across four videos, I’d switch up the focus each time. For example, one video could be a GRWM, one could give a skincare tip, another could be more lifestyle, based like a post-gym routine, and the last one could show progress or results over time. That way, you’re not just posting the same type of video but still sticking to a theme that fits the brand. It keeps the content consistent but not repetitive.

Can you share your experience creating engaging short-form content for TikTok or Instagram, along with 2–3 links that showcase your filming style or aesthetic?

While I don’t have a public account or following at the moment, I’ve been consistently practicing and refining my skills in creating short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. I study trending formats, audio, and transitions on both platforms and experiment with filming, editing, and storytelling techniques that align with those trends. I focus on creating content that’s visually clean, high-energy, and hooks the viewer within the first few seconds. I also pay close attention to pacing, lighting, and framing to match the aesthetic and vibe that performs well in today’s algorithm-driven environment.
