What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?
In my opinion, one brand that exemplifies the immense potential of social media presence is Glossier. By concentrating on authenticity, Glossier has successfully created a unique identity and cultivated a strong community of loyal customers. Glossier's social media strategy revolves around showcasing real people using their products. By featuring user-generated content and leveraging influencer marketing, the brand establishes a personal connection with its audience. This authenticity instills trust, turning customers into brand advocates who actively share their experiences with Glossier products. Glossier has a creative approach to product names, which further differentiates them from traditional beauty brands. For example, their product names like "Cloud Paint" for their blush, "Boy Brow" for eyebrow grooming, and "Haloscope" for highlighter are playful, whimsical, and memorable. In my personal opinion, the combination of authentic and distinct branding and social media marketing has allowed Glossier to become one of the beauty brands with the largest consistent social media presence.
