Fazit Beauty Profile Image

Do you have previous product development, Research & Development or internships in beauty before? If so, please list.

I don’t have direct product development or R&D experience yet, but I do have hands-on experience working with beauty brands, including Fazit, through partnerships, sampling, and event activations. I’ve created short-form content for Fazit and other brands like JVN Hair, supported product launches at pop-ups, handed out samples, and engaged with consumers to get real-time feedback on the products. These experiences helped me understand how people react to new products, what makes them pick something up, and what messaging resonates. I’m excited to learn product development because I already have experience seeing how products perform with real consumers.

What products do you think are disrupting beauty?

Right now, the products disrupting beauty are the ones that focus on speed, ease, and self-expression. Multi-use products like Merit’s complexion sticks and Rare Beauty’s liquid blush changed how people think about routine by making it less steps and more payoff. Instant or quick looks such as Freck Beauty’s faux freckle pen and Half Magic’s chrome eye paints are also getting a lot of attention because they let people be creative without needing a full glam setup. These types of products stand out because they save time, they are fun to use, and they make beauty feel effortless.
