Yes, I am familiar with the Tiktok trends. By familiarizing myself with what is popular and trending, I have already been able to earn 10k+ followers on my personal tiktok. I am continuing to strategize and learn how to grow accounts, as I am already a content creator. I make sure to keep up with new hashtgs, audios, and dances.

What strategies do you use to keep short-form content engaging and relevant?

To keep this content engaging, I would create multiple short and fast paced videos rather than long minutes long videos. Shorter Tiktoks tend to do better than longer tiktoks because people are more likely to watch them all the way through without getting bored. When people watch the videos all the way through, Tiktok takes this as a sign to push this video to a bigger audience. I can also utilize the features that both instagram and tiktok have that show me the watch times, the metrics, the engagement rate, and the shares. I would use trending audios other high performing creators use.

How do you approach creating content for Instagram versus TikTok?

On instagram, I would post actual fliers, professional photos, behind the scene photos, interactive Q&As, and interactive polls that would help engage the audience. On tiktok, I would make videos with strong hooks in the first two seconds to make the viewer stop scrolling. I would use specific hashtags regarding the post. (ex: #fashion, #fashionweek, #outfits) I would add comedy so it feels less like ad ad, which makes people more likely to stay. Tiktok is more casual than instagram so to reach a bigger audience, I would also post way more frequently and add things like bloopers and short clips.
