I was able to solve a problem on my own when I was supposed to have a summer opportunity but something came up where that opportunity was no longer possible. I was able to stay determined and proactive and was able to secure an alternate opportunity for me in the same summer. I stayed resilient and didn't give up despite something unexpected coming in the way.
