Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
My approach to onboarding new partners would be to reach out to the influencers to discuss a timeline. I would tell them about the brand and their values, then talk to them about what the brand expects, and finally talk about the milestone roadmaps. For example, the setup, performance, and tracking progress, etc.

Why do you think customizable fragrance experiences resonate with Gen Z consumers?
Gen Z is more about individualism, so I would share that by being able to create your own fragrance you can smell like yourself and figure out what works for your skin. You have a fragrance that is yours entirely. Also fragrance can bring up emotions such as memory, or what someone you miss may smell like, comfort, etc.
