What’s your approach to improving content based on feedback or analytics?
After every video I review three core metrics: watch time, retention curve and engagement rate. If retention drops early, I know the hook needs work. If it drops in the middle, the content structure needs tightening. On the feedback side, I treat every comment and brand note as data — not criticism. I keep a simple log of what worked and what didn't, and I apply those lessons to the next video immediately. I don't wait weeks to iterate — I adjust fast, test the new version, and measure again.

When you get a creative brief, how do you make it feel authentic?
I start by finding the genuine connection between the brief and something I actually believe or find interesting — authenticity comes from real curiosity, not performance. Even with a structured brief, I look for the specific angle or insight that feels true to how I naturally communicate: direct, data-driven and conversational. I adapt the brand's message into my own voice instead of reading a script — that way the content feels like a recommendation from someone you trust, not an ad.

What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?
My hook process starts with a data-driven question or a surprising fact — something that creates an immediate knowledge gap the viewer feels compelled to close. I follow a personal library of hook formulas: 'Did you know that...?', 'The mistake X% of people make...', or 'Nobody talks about this...' — all built around a verified fact or a counterintuitive insight. Before writing the hook, I ask myself: would I stop scrolling for this? If the answer isn't an immediate yes, I rewrite it. The first 3 seconds must either challenge a belief, reveal something unexpected, or speak directly to a specific pain point.
