When there is a bug in an app you use a lot what do you do. Please explain in one to three sentences.
When I encounter a bug in an app I use frequently, I take the following steps to resolve the issue:
I restart the app and my device.
I check the app's website or social media channels for information about known bugs or if a fix has been released.
If I can't find any information about the bug, I contact the app's support team to report the issue.
I provide as much information as possible about the bug, including the steps I took to reproduce it, the device I'm using, and the version of the app I'm running.
I follow up with the app's support team to ensure that the bug is fixed.
