Are you able to take photos?

Yes! I can do mobile photography and video, or I also have a digital camera that I can bring if necessary (I'm a freelance photographer on the side, so the quality of the content can be as professional or as casual as you'd like it to be)

Can you share a previous experience where you successfully engaged with consumers at an event?

I was a brand ambassador for Ghia, a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage, during January and February. I conducted 10+ sampling events at Whole Foods, averaging over 60+ samples at each event and frequently surpassing sales targets. I gained lots of experience talking to customers at the table, leading them from initial sample to purchase.

How would you approach a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?

Lead with a friendly hello, a smile or a wave. Perhaps start with a "how are you" or a compliment. Then, ask them "Have you ever tried Saint James iced tea?" or "Would you like to sample [flavor] iced tea?" Being welcoming and positive is key. For those who seem hesitant, getting the conversation going by talking about something simple like the weather or their outfit can be a good opener.
