Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
The food that I eat can range when I am on holiday. My family is Croatian, Polish, and, Italian so the food ranges from different fishes to pierogis to different meats. I workout not only on holiday but always so I am constantly high protein meals.
