It’s no secret college students are stressed out, and it’s also no secret that breathe work and meditation for even just a few minutes a day can alleviate stress levels tremendously. holding group meditations, guided breathe work, and yoga classes on campus can give students a safe space and connect like-minded individuals. College can sometimes feel like an endless sea of people, and it’s not uncommon that as we age, we forget how to make friends or connections. Most students admit that without a roommate, they likely wouldn’t make any friends on campus and wouldn’t know how to socialize, but community events and workshops can change all of that. Even attending one extracurricular class for a couple of minutes a week can create lifelong connections and sever the fear of being involved. breathe work, guided meditation, and yoga classes weekly in the school's courtyard or quad can bring people together, elevate confidence and communities, and give stressful students a sanctuary to look forward to. Being in such a public area will attract more members to join and with a campus like Savannah College of Art and Design, it’ll be like honey to bees. Not to mention, spirituality is in with crystals and incense galore. Now is the time to hop on the trend while it’s hot with marketing across social media, as any college girl will tell you, she loves her photo being taken. Encouraging photo opps and a safe community on campus is the simple equation you need for a booming business opportunity.
