¿Do you think reviews are a key factor before purchasing a product?
Absolutely. In my opinion, reviews play a fundamental role in the decision-making process when buying a product. Without any review we could not know the experiences of other people with the product, which would make us doubt more whether to buy it or not. The reviews give us that confidence and make us feel that we are making a good decision about the purchase.
