How would you inspire others to try mental fitness habits?
I would encourage others by making mental fitness feel approachable, social, and built into everyday campus life rather than something “extra.” That could mean hosting short, low-pressure activities—like five-minute mindfulness breaks before meetings, coffee chats, or study sessions that start with a quick grounding exercise—so students can try habits casually without worrying about making mental fitness a time consuming necessity.
