Campus Marketing Lead

PARADE Profile Image

Describe a time you took a leadership role in your community.

The leadership role I'm most proud of is being Co-Chair of my schools Women in Computing chapter. As someone who recently switched into Computer Science, I felt it was important to use my voice to create a space that promotes the intersectionality of tech, as well as use my connections and experience to bring people together and offer them the opportunities I would have wanted. I did this by bringing in companies to run events and host interviews, and create our school's female and beginner targeted hackathon.

Poparazzi

Product Testing Focus Group

Poparazzi Profile Image

If you were the marketing manager for Poparazzi, describe where you would focus the majority of your resources for a fall launch on your campus?

My friends and I started using Poparazzi this summer, and after sharing it with our friends we’ve made it an integral part of our outings and communication. As a marketing manager, I would focus on ambassadors to introduce the product to the age group market of our choosing. I think gen z, especially students at big institutes are a great market as word of mouth gets around fast, and new social media that facilitates communication is a huge market for students. Ambassadors who promote and use the app will create a surging market for poparazzi.
