I usually try to find a topic that is relatable to my audience. For example, pcos is something that a lot of women deal with everyday, so speaking about ways to help reduce stress, staying active, and consuming less foods that trigger the pcos will always be impactful and easily reach my target audience. Reaching your audience isn’t the problem but providing impactful information will always build a community and keep people engaged.
