A non-work-related interest that has helped me professionally is fitness - specifically going to the gym and swimming. Fitness has taught me discipline and pacing myself to achieve a goal, all of which translate well into my professional life. This mindset helps me stay focused and consistent in my career when faced with learning new skills or tackling challenges.

What's Your favorite project you've worked on and why? (ex. what were the steps involved? Did you collaborate with others? What roadblocks did you run into and how did you solve them?)
One of my favorite projects was creating a digital marketing strategy for my friend's charity. I analyzed the brand's positioning to identify growth opportunities. I built a campaign that included social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
I worked closely with him to ensure the visuals matched the brand's values and message. A significant roadblock was having no budget since it is a new business and I was trying to put my skills to practice. I used data to identify channels that could use more engagement with minimal spending.
This project was meaningful because it allowed me to apply my insights to a real-world scenario, enhancing both my strategic and collaborative skills. The positive results were a reminder of why I'm excited I transitioned into this field.

How do you ensure consistency in brand messaging AND VISUALS across various creative assets?
During my MBA coursework, I developed a strategic approach to maintaining brand consistency by using both insight and practical tools. I ensure that each creative asset aligns with the brand's voice, values, and overall identity by creating deatiled guides on color palettes, typography, and tone. To reinforce this cohesion, I prioritize collaboration with team members to achieve alignment across each channel. By following this approach, each asset contributes to a seamless and impactful brand experience on every platforms.
