What is a brand that could improve their social media presence and how would you recommend they improve it?
Beauty brands like Lancome, Hourglass have definitely room for improvement when it comes to their social media presence. Given the fact that Social media platforms like Tiktok has given the opportunity for them to cross-promote their products without having to really try , I think that it is crucial for them to start taking advantage of Tiktok. I would suggest creating unique content to them and not only use UGC in order to build a community that is based beyond their products
