I noticed that communication between the recruitment team and our data collectors was leading to scheduling conflicts and missing information. I took the initiative to create a shared tracker that included participant availability, eligibility status, and confirmation timelines. I also drafted standardized email templates to reduce miscommunication and ensure consistency.
