Baton Market
SDR for Head of Growth
What's a time when you failed at something but through grit and determination became successful at it?
This is something that happened to me in 6th grade, where I was responsible for managing my primary’s little library. Every book has its own label, and when you scan it, it has all of the information of a book. Well, I had put like 30 books with incomplete information and when I printed them, I realized my mistake. So quickly, while telling my teacher supervisor of my error, I changed them. Added what was needed in a spawn of 30 minutes. While it may not seem like something worth remembering, I believe it’s a moment when a 12 year-old realizes her mistake, and finds a solution for it, which denotes responsibility, not only for fixing it but also because the school had given me their trust to do so.
