How often do you use/apply SPF personally?
Personally, I have a very in-depth skincare routine and sunscreen is the most important step. I wash my face, then apply my Caudalie serum, followed by my Ordinary moisturizer, and then I make sure to apply my sunscreen to both my face and body.
