My favorite streaming platform changes from month to month. I use streaming platforms to watch tv shows a majority of the time, so whatever platform has the show I want to watch at that time would be my favorite. Overall, I would say HBO Max is my favorite platform because it has many of the shows I enjoy watching on it. Netflix and Peacock are close seconds for certain shows and especially new movies on Friday nights.

To me, wellness means many things. Self care, keeping a clean living environment, and doing things to ensure good mental health all mean wellness to me. I do this by taking time to reflect each day, doing things for myself, and taking the time to clean my house no matter what. Doing these things make me happy and give me the sense that I am well.
