What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
Companies do not need to involve their products in every single social media post. There are better ways to provide value to a niche by educating, inspiring, and/or entertaining. Through social media platforms, brands can build a community of trust/likability, which in turn leads to the support of the company.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is more than exercising and eating healthy. It is experiencing a balance of negative and positives. I integrate wellness in my life through the prioritization of my values in physical and emotional health. For example, I always try to make time for activities that make me feel good and healthy.
