How would you create engaging content tailored for u.s. students in middle and high school?

Being a senior in college and having a younger brother currently in his sophomore year of high school I can easily tailor my content to fit this audience. I will make voiceover content of me completing my work/studying for my college courses and speak from my experience.

What types of content do you find most effective for engaging health-conscious consumers?

I find that the most effective content for engaging health-conscious consumers blends informative, practical, and relatable storytelling. Based on what I’ve learned from studying communication and public speaking strategies , the key is knowing your audience and presenting information in a way that feels both credible and personally relevant.

In short: I’d focus on content that informs, motivates, and connects emotionally, delivered in a way that respects the audience’s intelligence and goals.
