I spend a lot of time on social media to keep up with trends and the latest influencers and popular brands. I also research what trends tend to get the most engagement to build my following.

How would you approach creating engaging user-generated content for a makeup brand like essence cosmetics?
I would use the brand’s products in videos that will express how much I use the product and how well it works. For example, I could make video showing my “beauty essentials” and use the product in the video.

Can you describe your experience with coordinating and managing event staffing?
I worked with multiple college organizations and clubs to plan events to build engagement with the students. I am also a part of many organizations that aim to promote health and beauty education for college women.
