Creative Concepting: I outline short, impactful hooks that speak directly to a pain point or desire (e.g. ‘Struggling with stubborn PCOS weight? Here’s what’s working for me…’). Scripting & Storyboarding: I map out visuals, transitions, and captions to ensure the message is clear and thumb stopping. Editing for Emotion & Retention: I use pacing, music, and text overlays to keep viewers engaged while making the message feel personal and empowering. Feedback & Iteration: I review performance metrics and audience comments to refine future content. This process helps me create digital content that’s not only visually engaging but also deeply relatable and valuable for the PCOS community.

This helps me stay in tune with the real pain points, conversations, and emotional triggers that women with PCOS experience. Allowing me to spot emerging trends and create content that feels authentic, relatable, and impactful for this audience.
