I am particularly skilled at maintaining brand consistency across diverse product lines, ensuring that the packaging not only stands out on a shelf (or a digital storefront like Chewy) but also tells the brand's story at first glance.

Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
To ensure a seamless transition for new influencers, I focus on a clarity-first onboarding process that minimizes friction and maximizes enthusiasm. I start by providing a concise "Welcome Kit" that outlines the brand’s creative pillars, specific campaign goals, and clear deadlines, ensuring we are aligned from day one. By using standardized communication channels and automated scheduling for initial kick-off calls, I eliminate back-and-forth logistics and get creators straight to what they do best: producing content. My goal is to act as a proactive resource, answering technical or creative questions before they become roadblocks so the partnership feels like a professional, well-oiled collaboration rather than a series of chores.
