I have a variety due to watching different shows on different platforms. I use Netflix, Hulu, HBOMAX, and Peacock specifically to watch sports.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is very important to one’s life and well being. It is what drives one’s energy and productivity. In my life it is super important to stay hydrated and eat nutrient rich foods. Wellness of oneself is also self love and trying one’s best to have a clear and positive mindset. Maintaining a calm and collected energy.
