I look at the reviews. I believe consumer opinions are important espy if it’s a product you’ve never used before.

Absolutely! Before I make a purchase I look at the reviews. It’s important to take them with a grain of salt but they can keep you from a terrible purchase or they can give you your new favorite brand.
