I’d focus on making the brand feel like a community, not just a page people follow. That means actively talking with the audience, not at them replying to comments, DMs, and using audience responses as content. I’d encourage participation through questions, polls, relatable prompts, and UGC that makes people feel seen.
Consistency and authenticity matter too: showing real moments, real reactions, and real values builds trust. When people feel connected to the brand’s voice and purpose, they naturally engage, share, and stick around.
