What’s your process for creating short-form videos that perform well?
Research & Trend Mining: I spend time on TikTok to identify trending audios or "storytime" formats that are currently resonating with the wellness community.Batching with Flex: I batch-film the "educational" or "aesthetic" shots (like using the app or meal prep), but I leave room for "in-the-moment" content—like a quick update when I’m actually feeling the benefits of the app.Hook, Meat, CTA: Every video is structured to grab attention in the first 2 seconds, provide a value-add or relatable moment in the middle, and end with a soft "Check out the link in my bio" to encourage app downloads.Engagement Analysis: I treat my comments section as a focus group. If a certain video gets questions about a specific app feature, that becomes the topic of the next day’s video.

What types of videos/Hooks would you try first for Balloon?
The "Relatable Struggle" Hook: “That feeling when you’re dressed up for dinner but the bloat has other plans... 🎈”(Visual: Showing a cute outfit vs. the reality of digestive discomfort). The "Aha! Moment" Hook: “I stopped guessing why my stomach hurt and started tracking it. Here’s what I found.”(Visual: Screen recording of the Balloon interface showing a specific pattern/insight).The "Educational/Routine" Hook: “3 things I do every morning to keep things moving—featuring my favorite app.”(Visual: Fast-paced morning routine vlog). The "App POV" Hook: “My phone is basically my health coach now. Let’s log my lunch on Balloon.”

Tell us about a video you made that performed well. Why do you think it worked?
I recently created a video focused on calisthenics progress that saw significant engagement. Why it worked: It utilized a "Vulnerability-to-Victory" arc. I started with the struggle of a specific movement and ended with a successful set.The Lesson: For a health-conscious audience, people don’t just want to see the "perfect" end result; they want to see the process. For Balloon, this means showing the reality of bloating or the relief of finally finding a pattern in your diet, rather than just a "perfect" day.
