I currently manage and create content for a growing UGC account for Bowery Clinic, and it’s been performing really well. I hit over 424k views in the past week. A big part of that was testing different hooks and formats, then doubling down on what was getting strong engagement and retention.

How do you stay up-to-date with social media trends?
I’m honestly very online, so I naturally stay on top of trends as they’re happening. I don’t just scroll though — I pay attention to patterns, like repeating sounds, formats, and hooks, and I can usually tell when something is about to take off. I also save and organize ideas so I can quickly adapt trends in a way that fits a brand.
