Do you have experience using Reddit in a personal and/or professional setting? If yes, add details.
I don’t use Reddit personally, but I know it well — it works best for community growth when you join relevant subreddits, share value, engage authentically, and only introduce your project once you’ve built trust. It rewards contribution, not self-promotion.

How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
To grow H\FC,i will start with a clear identity — define the mission, values, and who it’s for. Build a small core group of committed people, then expand through word of mouth. Choose a platform where your audience already gathers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or local meetups). Create value-driven content and activities that educate, inspire, or connect people, and encourage members to contribute, not just consume. Foster a culture of belonging by celebrating wins, giving people roles, and sharing real stories of impact. As you grow, collaborate, delegate, and structure the community while staying flexible to feedback. Focus first on depth of relationships, then scale numbers organically.
