How do you stay organized?
I stay organized by combining digital tools with clear routines. For day-to-day tasks, I use Notion to block out time and keep track of deadlines, meetings, and priorities. I usually start my week by reviewing what’s coming up and setting specific, achievable goals. Throughout the week, I check things off as I go and adjust plans as needed. For longer-term projects, I like to break them down into smaller milestones with individual due dates. That way, nothing piles up at the last minute. I also keep folders and naming systems consistent, whether it’s for files, emails, or drafts so I can find what I need quickly, even when things are moving fast.

How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?
I rely on a combination of proactive planning and strong communication to ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and aligned with the brand. I start by breaking down the project into milestones and setting internal deadlines ahead of the actual due date, which gives me a buffer for any unexpected changes. I stay organized using tools like Notion to track progress and adjust priorities as needed. To stay on-brand, I always refer back to brand guidelines at each stage, whether it's design tone, formatting, or messaging and, when in doubt, I don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification to ensure consistency. I’ve also learned that checking in early and often with teammates helps avoid last-minute surprises and keeps the whole process agile and collaborative, especially in fast paced settings.
