One example of my strong organization and communication skills was during a major floor set change at my previous retail job. I was responsible for coordinating with the team to reset the layout overnight, which required making sure everyone understood the plan and stayed on task. Before the shift, I reviewed the visual guide, broke down each section into clear assignments, and created a quick checklist to keep us on track. Throughout the night, I checked in with team members, clarified any confusion, and kept communication flowing between us and the managers. Because of the structure and constant updates, we finished ahead of schedule and everything looked exactly how corporate wanted it.
