To make a big splash on campus, I'd recommend informing the public about beyond meat in fun and hands-on ways. For example, rather than merely have Beyond meat in the dining hall, "game show" stations around campus could be set up. Students would have to taste test two "mystery meat" meals (one beyond and one not, or both beyond) and describe their profiles/tastes/textures and try to guess if they're eating real or synthetic meat! These videos could be posted to an Instagram/Facebook where students could follow along and get updates about which dining halls/restaurants are offering beyond meat on a given day too.
