I would conduct testing, track, fix, and re-test bugs, and improve the testing process.

How do you approach identifying and reporting bugs during testing?
I would document the issue as soon as an encounter it and go through the rest of testing to see if more issues arise. After documenting issues I then get in contact with the team and report it and fix it.
