Do you prefer a work environment with more ambiguity/freedom or clear instructions?
I’m comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and freedom, especially in creative work where testing and iteration are key. I don’t rely on step-by-step instructions—I focus on understanding the goal and then figuring out the best way to achieve it. That said, I value clear objectives and expectations. Once the outcome is defined, I can work independently, experiment with different approaches, and adapt quickly based on results.

How would you go about researching viral formats in a specific niche to make new viral ad formats for a specific brand?
I would start by identifying 5–10 top-performing creators and brands in the niche across TikTok and Instagram. I’d analyze their highest-performing posts to identify repeatable patterns—especially hooks, structure, pacing, captions, and visual style. Next, I’d break these into specific “formats” (e.g., problem-solution, before/after, storytelling, POV, trend remix). I focus on what makes them work—strong first 2–3 second hook, clarity of message, and emotional trigger (curiosity, relatability, or value). Then, I adapt those formats to the brand by aligning them with the product, audience, and tone. I don’t copy—I translate the structure into something that fits the brand’s identity. After that, I’d create multiple variations (3–5 per format) and test them. I’d track performance metrics like watch time, CTR, and engagement to identify winners. Finally, I double down on what works and continuously iterate, building a pipeline of proven formats instead of guessing each time.

What is your experience creating content?
I have experience creating short-form content mainly for Instagram and TikTok, focusing on engaging and visually clean posts. I’ve experimented with different formats like reels, trend-based content, and simple edits to understand what holds attention. I pay attention to performance metrics such as views, watch time, and engagement to improve future content. I understand the importance of hooks, pacing, and keeping content concise. I’m comfortable using basic editing tools like CapCut and mobile editing apps, and I can quickly adapt to new styles or trends. I also actively observe high-performing content to identify patterns that can be replicated. While I’m still building experience, I’m consistent, analytical, and willing to test multiple formats to find what works.
