I would complete the gig and give my honest opinion as to why the product is not my favorite. I notify the higher-up to who I would report to, giving them full details as to why I am not fond of the product and suggest solutions to make the product fit my lifestyle better. From then, I would ask what steps I could take to offer the brand my support.
