Can you share a time when your communication skills have helped you successfully engage with a community?

One time there was a gathering of successful entrepreneurs in my city(Almaty) . The majority of participants were from foreign countries and I really wanted to know about the successful people and how they became rich. I bought a one day pass to this event, owing to my communication skills I interviewed these entrepreneurs and even managed to become friends with some of them.

How would you approach promoting language learning opportunities to a diverse audience?

First of all, I would like to identify the audience. Because, each group has different motivations. Secondly, I would highlight universal benefits like career opportunities, access to global media, improved memory and connection with people and traditions across the world. Next, I would build partnerships with educational establishments to promote the programs through academic networks, employers and community centers and NGOs. Finally, I would use engaging campaigns such as social media influencers, free trial lessons and sharing stories from diverse cultures. Furthermore, I would lower the barriers, so everyone would fell that learning language is accessible for everyone
