Please share why you love Chamberlain Coffee!
I worked at a specialty coffee sho for most of my college career and became really obsessed with specialty coffee and specifically matcha, I have barista experience now with excellent latter art skills for over 3 years! However, as I moved to Boston I didn't have the luxury of my previous job anymore and started buying Chamberlain products which completely changed the game for me! I truly am obsessed as as someone who was trained to be an expert guru! and knows great quality matcha, I am very picky with my products!
What's a strategy you'd suggest in order to spark curiosity and excitement ahead of a re-launch?
I think wonders who behind a really great instagram account, while tiktok is dynaic as well, their new adds have made it become a bit more commercial which actually as a consumer has turned me off, but for example playing into the current trends of "Clean Girl Beauty", Scandinavian Color Palettes and the smooth and fresh yet intriguing new trends can really spark curiosity, I would say for example, creating very distict yet in a way discrete posts that do not give away the company yet HOWEVER it is such great design people follow it because it stimulates their feeds and they want to know whats it about
Please share a brand that does an incredible job of engaging their community on social. Why?
Glossier! I think that while their products are indeed very good and priced fairly, their success has little to do with their product and a lot to do with their marketing and engagement. For example, their partnerships with relevant celebs and incorporating that to their brand instead od just sending a package. Ex: The Olivia Rodrigo Collab. They creatively made a purple glossier bag that is known to be the arits color, and filled it with her favorite items. I was one of the first ones to get it because it was limited edition but also Olivia Rodrigo! While I'm 23, they know how to engage millenials, Gen zR'S AND MUCH MORE in a very dynamic way!
