How do you usually keep track of tasks, follow-ups, or deadlines when things are moving fast?
I love planners! Digital and paper planners are my absolute go to. I tend to create my own sort of planner or tracker in Excel, as well as handwritten on my iPad, planner and calendars.

Tell us about a time you helped something run more smoothly, or solved a problem on your own.
I implemented a green belt project at my previous internship! I established a system for our spare part cabinet for our largest machine to help it run smoothly for a multi million dollar project.
