I currently have 26 credit hours left before I receive my bachelors degree in business, which is big for me as a first generation college student. I enjoy researching about different businesses.

Why are you interested in working with Cloutra specifically ApplyQuick?

I’m interested in working with Cloutra because I really like what ApplyQuick is doing. It makes applying for jobs easier by helping people find the jobs that actually fit their skills. A lot of job sites just show random listings, but ApplyQuick tries to match people with the right kind of work for them. I think that’s a smart way to help people save time and not waste energy on jobs that aren’t a good fit. I want to be part of something that helps people get where they want to be in their careers, and I feel like I could bring a lot to the team by helping with that through Reddit.

Can you provide examples of successful community engagement strategies you've implemented on Reddit or similar platforms?

Yes! As someone with a reddit account and someone who loves watching reality TV I often frequent r/BigBrother. I am a top 1% commenter on the subreddit, and I feel like once I know something about a topic I can really relate it to everyday life which helps me relay that information to different people.

How would you approach building up Reddit karma authentically and meaningfully within a short timeframe?

If I was helping a company grow on Reddit, I’d focus on joining active subreddits that match what the company is about. I’d start by leaving comments before posting because that helps build trust in a subreddit quicker. Being early on new posts helps the company get noticed as well. I’d also answer questions, give advice, and share original stuff to keep it real. I’d make sure to reply to people to keep the conversations going. If I stay consistent and focus on helping instead of just posting random stuff, the brand would build a real following and good reputation.
