Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
I struggle with both a bit. Firstly for my hair I’ve been trying to get it to be healthier after bleaching and using dyes in it several times. Secondly I suffer in keeping up with my gut health as I’m not the healthiest eater and I’m lactose intolerant so that is something I struggle with.
