what are your current top 3 skincare brands and why?
Tocobo - they are a Korean and vegan skincare brand that uses only natural ingredients in its products and has a innovative style to sell a variety of products
Cerave - apart from the incredible products the sell ten thing i like the most about this brand it’s their social media reach and the way the show their network of dermatologist and clinical experts to speak up in behalf of the brand
Dermatologica- it’s also a vegan skincare brand that has a very neat design and a good variety of products supported by experts

How would you approach identifying potential retail partners for AHYUN?
I would take part in different strategies,
Research stores (online and offline) that cater to customers interested in skincare, innovative cosmetic products and clean beauty brands
Use tools like statista, google trends or industry reports to stay on top of the market trends
Identify retailers followed or tagged by skincare influencer and see where similar brands are being sold
Prioritize retailers whose brand values align with the brand and increase the chance of long term partnership

Walk us through a time when you built or managed a complex spreadsheet system to track operational or financial data.
I’m working on a very big project in which I need to revise about a 100 clinical stories per day and take about data in a detailed spreadsheet, also for this project in particular I have a calendar for each meeting and handle the schedule in which our group meets and each person has its turn to look at the patient’s.
