I would promote the app with a gentle and understanding approach, almost like I were an older sister giving advice. Starting the Bible can be intimidating and as Christians we should empathize with them and meet them where they are at even if we are far beyond in our spiritual journey. Show the audience love and openness to questions, advice, and other ways they can grow their faith. Content wise, it can come in forms of content in which they already consume like day in my life or morning routine with God. This way it provides them with ways to integrate spending time with God without drastically changing their daily schedule so they won't become overwhelmed.
