What does authenticity mean to you?
Authenticity means truthfulness, and that something is exactly what it claims to be and there are no lies. I think that an authentic product is something that does exactly what it claims to do, and will not disappoint when it comes to results.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
In order to create FOMO, I would advertise that a product is selling out quickly and is in high demand to indicate to the customer that they must act quickly in order to get this product. Highlighting the face that the product is popular and everyone is buying it, so you should buy it before it sells out makes the customer fear of missing out and will act with urgency when purchasing.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would reach out to the customer to see if they could explain their negative experience in more detail, and offer a way to accommodate for the negative experience and make it up to that customer.
