Do you think reviews are important when buying a product?
Reviews are important when buying products because they're legitimate first hand experiences with the product. Understanding sample size and numbers of reviews are also important in understanding what a true good 5 star rating for a product is.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means being in a state of physical, mental, and emotional understanding with one's self. It's not necessarily the time when one feels most comfortable or stable but when one is in touch with their own feelings. To integrate wellness into my life, I like to take breaks when needed while also leaving time to do activities I like and are also beneficial to me.
