HBO max is my favorite streaming platform because it has a variety of movies/shows and always displays the latest movies.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is mental and physical happiness within yourself. For myself, I try and motivate my body to get up and exercise so that my physical state is healthy. Mentally I would ask question occasionally to myself such as am I okay , how am I dealing with situations around me.
