How can a brand differentiate themselves in the market across their competitors, and what is a brand that does this well today?
Brands can focus on values that millennials and Gen Z-ers appreciate, such as inclusivity and sustainability. An example that comes to mind is the underwear brand Parade. Their brand embraces diversity in size and gender, unlike a majority of underwear brands that only market towards the 'society ideal'. They also focus heavily on sustainability, which gives consumers an added incentive to purchase from them especially if they are trying to be carbon-conscious and environmentally-friendly with their purchases.
